• Retrocausal Trancework™
Every hero's journey begins with a call.
Most hypnotic work answers that call by looking back — finding where patterns began and releasing them at the root.
This work does that too. And it also goes forward.
Attractor Regression™ and Retrocausal Trancework™ are original methods developed through rigorous training and ongoing research — emerging from the intersection of future pacing and regression work, and built on a foundation of proven hypnotic practice.
The subconscious speaks in its own language — metaphor, story, image, feeling, sensation. Sometimes one, sometimes all at once. We follow whatever thread appears.
The original and the established. Working together.
THE GOLD WAS ALWAYS THERE
There is a story about an ancient Buddha statue in Thailand — massive, centuries old, covered entirely in clay. When workers went to move it, it cracked. And underneath all that clay they found something no one expected.
A solid gold statue. Hidden the whole time.
Historians believe it was covered intentionally — to protect it from invaders. The clay was armor. It did exactly what it was meant to do.
You are like that statue.
Just as the clay was as much a part of that statue as the gold beneath it — our habits, our defences, how we present ourselves — all of it becomes our protective layer. And when we outgrow that layer, it gets shed and reformed. Repurposed to best serve who we are becoming.
The masks that once hid you become the confidence that expresses you. The clay once your shield, now the foundation that carries you forward.
Nothing wasted. Nothing discarded. Everything reforged.
The gold was always there. Now uncovered.
My path here made more sense the further I walked it.
I have always been curious about the subconscious mind and the nature of our reality — drawn to thinkers like Carl Jung, Alan Watts, Robert Anton Wilson, Carl Sagan and Philippe Guillemant, each one handing me another piece of a puzzle I didn't yet have a name for.
That curiosity didn't start in a hypnotherapy office — it started with a lifelong fascination with consciousness, the subconscious mind, and the nature of reality itself. The more I looked the more I realized that trance isn't rare or strange — it's everywhere. A great song, a long drive, a good book, doom scrolling at 2am — these are all hypnotic states. We move in and out of altered states constantly. Hypnosis simply does this on purpose, with intention, pointed inward.
That understanding led me to the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy where I completed over 500 hours of training earning both clinical and transpersonal certifications. I am a member of the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists (IAIH) — a membership that requires ongoing education through workshops, seminars and conventions every year. This work never stops evolving and neither do I.
This work chose me as much as I chose it. More than anything I wanted to help people find what I'd been searching for myself — and there is nothing quite like watching someone finally see their own gold.
Your gold is waiting to be uncovered. Your heart was always the compass. Consciousness is the lantern that illuminates the clues. And there is a version of you that has already walked this terrain — leaving breadcrumbs along the way, waiting for you to find them.
No matter where you are on that journey — there is always a rope. Always a path forward. Always a version of you at the other end pulling hard for your best life.
I'd be honored to be a guide on this journey and lend a hand on that rope.
Hypnosis is a natural yet altered state of mind that allows direct communication with and access to the subconscious. It's not something foreign or strange — your brain already knows how to get there. That zoned out feeling on a long drive, a daydream that pulls you out of the room, the drift just before sleep — all hypnotic states. In a session we do this on purpose, with intention, pointed inward.
Nope — in fact the opposite. You are hyper aware of what is going on within you. You can think clearly and communicate just as you would in a normal conversation, if not better. You can end the session anytime you wish.
You will remember all of it. And as a guarantee — during the session I will remind you that you can access any information from it anytime you want. That's part of what the anchors are for.
Everyone can be hypnotized. Think of it like a muscle — you don't decide to run a marathon overnight. It takes practice. Some people are naturals, some take a little time. But if you tell yourself you want to do it, you can make it happen. I can't do it for you — only you can. I'm the running coach, not the runner — and unlike running, you get to do this lying down.
No. You cannot be made to do anything you don't want to do. At any time you can end the session if it goes against you and your beliefs. Your subconscious will not allow anything negative to be introduced — and it will not bring up anything your conscious mind isn't ready to handle. You are in the driver's seat. Your heart is the north star. I'm just a good First Mate.
Completely. There are no recorded instances of harm caused by hypnosis when practiced ethically and professionally. This isn't the movies — no one is going to make you cluck like a chicken or reveal your deepest secrets. What happens in a session stays in a session, and you are in control the entire time.
It depends on what you're working on — but the goal is always to create a shift as fast as you're ready for it. Some things resolve in a single session. Others unfold over time. Most work falls somewhere between three and five sessions but may take more depending on the individual and the work to be done.
Honestly? I never want to see you again. Not because I don't enjoy the work — or your wonderful face — but because that means it worked.
Part of what I offer is teaching you self hypnosis. Think of it like having a personal trainer — their job done right means eventually you know the routine, you know how to use the equipment, and you don't need them anymore. That's the goal. Your own lantern, burning bright enough to light the way yourself.
All sessions are held via Zoom.
Most clients see meaningful shifts in 3-5 sessions.
